In 2023 we expanded internationally acquiring Wendy’s master franchisee license for Australia with the goal of building 200 restaurants by 2034, and in 2024 we acquired the Wendy’s master franchisee license for New Zealand.

Prior to Flynn Wendy\u0027s, Rasheeda was VP of Operations for Advance Auto Parts. Before that, she worked her way up at Pepsi Co. from Sales District Manager, to Regional Key Account Manager, to GM, to Market Director over the span of 10 years. She was also the Director of the Northern California Diversity & Inclusion Board from 2016 to 2018. <\/p>\n
Rasheeda graduated from Pepperdine University in California with a bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration in 2001. On top of her academic success, she played five years of collegiate basketball and three years in the WNBA. Born in Ghana, He started his career as a Navigation Officer working in various ranks on merchant vessels after graduating with a BS in Marine Science from the Regional Maritime University in 2008. Before joining Wendy\u2019s, he was the production\/logistics supervisor at Nestle. Richard has over 30 years experience in the restaurant industry. Prior to joining Flynn, Richard was the Managing Director for KFC Asia Pacific, a business with revenue in excess of US$16Bn and 17,000 restaurants. Other career highlights include roles as the GM for KFC South Pacific (Australia\/NZ) based in Brisbane, the GM for KFC Greater Asia (China, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, Myanmar, India) based in Singapore, and President and GM of Pizza Hut Canada based in Toronto. <\/p>\n
During his career Richard has orchestrated brand turnarounds in Canada and across Asia, along with leading the Australian KFC business through the Covid pandemic. Richard has huge breadth of experience in the QSR Industry, with previous leadership roles in Operations, IT, Business Development and Human Resources. He started his career as a delivery driver for Pizza Hut and moved through in-restaurant management roles and the cross-functional Executive Trainee program.<\/p>\n

Hamdoon began his Arby\u2019s journey as a Team Member in November of 2008. He quickly rose through the leadership ranks from Hourly Assistant Manager to General Manager in September 2011. In 2014, he was promoted to Area Director in OKC Market. Since September of 2022 he has served as the Director of Operations for the Wichita, KS Market, directly overseeing 6 Area Directors with a span of 37 restaurants. Starting out answering phones and serving customers, Stacey worked her way up the ranks, eventually managing the family business and helping it become one of the top-performing stores in Queensland \u2014 complete with $2M sales awards and even a few Rolex challenges along the way.<\/p>\n
After earning a degree in Hotel, Business, and Event Management, she stepped away from pizza to pursue her passion as a wedding and event coordinator \u2014 bringing dream events to life for two years before the family business called her back.<\/p>\n
She eventually traded in the family apron for a corporate gig, leading training and auditing teams across QLD & NT, launching the Domino\u0027s food truck in Australia and New Zealand, and eventually heading to NZ to lead operations for 155+ restaurants for Domino\u2019s Pizza Enterprises (DPE). Along the way, she earned the Team Member of the Year award and a Leadership Eagle for making waves in the market.<\/p>\n
In August 2024, she joined Flynn as Director of Operations for Wendy\u2019s AU, diving headfirst into Wendy\u0027s world. After training in NZ, she relocated back to Australia, and had the privilege of opening the very first Wendy\u0027s restaurant alongside an incredible support office team.<\/p>\n
