Greg has been recognized as one of the Bay Area\u2019s Most Admired CEOs by the San Francisco Business Times, as Restaurant Leader of the Year by Restaurant Business Magazine, as Operator of the Year by Nation\u0027s Restaurant News, as Dealmaker of the Year by the Franchise Times, and as an Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst and Young. In 2026 he was inducted into the International Franchise Association Hall of Fame, named Dealmaker of the Year by the San Francisco Business Times, and named San Franciscan of the Year by the SF Examiner.<\/p>\n
Greg has an AB Magna Cum Laude from Brown University (where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa in his junior year), an MA in American History from Yale University, an MBA from the Stanford GSB, and an honorary Doctorate of Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. He serves on the boards of the National Restaurant Association and the International Franchise Association. He also serves on the Stanford GSB Advisory Council, the Brown University President\u2019s Leadership Council, and the Applebee\u2019s Franchise Business Council. In 2025 he was named Honorary Consul for the Republic of Poland in San Francisco. Greg Flynn is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Flynn Group and Flynn Properties. With 3,000+ Applebee\u2019s, Taco Bells, Paneras, Arby\u0027s, Pizza Huts, Wendy\u2019s and Planet Fitness units generating $5.0+ billion in sales and employing 78,000+ people in 44 states and 3 countries, Flynn Group is the largest franchise operator in the world. Flynn Properties invests in commercial real estate and has owned and managed more than 4 million square feet since its founding in 1994; it also owns 100+ hotels including the luxury resorts Esperanza and Chileno Bay, both located in Los Cabos, Mexico, the Carneros Resort and Solage, both located in the Napa Valley, the Hotel Madeline in Telluride, and the Huntington Hotel in San Francisco.<\/p>\n
Lorin Cortina serves as EVP and CFO of Flynn Group and Flynn Properties. He joined Flynn Holdings in 2001 to oversee capital markets, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and accounting, and restaurant development activities. Prior to joining Flynn, Lorin was a VP, Investments for Starwood Financial, Inc. and VP, Acquisitions and AVP, Capital Markets at TriNet Corporate Realty Trust, Inc. Lorin also worked as a consultant with PWC and Deloitte & Touche. Beyond operations, Ron also dedicates significant time to Flynn\u2019s overall growth strategy helping to chart the path forward for the organization which has grown at 30% annually for the last two decades. In this capacity he has successfully onboarded Flynn\u2019s Arby\u2019s, Pizza Hut, Wendy\u2019s, and Australian businesses.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining Flynn, Ron was a Principle for Teachers\u0027 Private Capital where he helped establish Teachers\u0027 approach to value creation planning and portfolio management. In this role he worked across Teachers\u0027 $20 Billion portfolio of private equity investments in North America and Europe.<\/p>\n
Ron has also spent more than a decade in management consulting most recently as a partner in Oliver Wyman\u0027s Health and Life Science Practice and worked for Microsoft in their corporate strategy and business development groups.<\/p>\n

As COO, Ron\u2019s primary focus is driving incremental value across Flynn\u2019s more than 2,700 restaurants through the development of industry leading teams and a unique culture that promotes local ownership. Before joining Flynn, Lauren worked at Yum! Brands, where she held several leadership positions with a primary focus on Pizza Hut. As President of Pizza Hut Canada, Lauren led a high-performing team and delivered significant growth in sales, restaurant count, and profit. Lauren also served as the Chief Customer Officer for Pizza Hut US, where she led technology and data analytics teams to enhance the guest experience. During this time, she also acted as Chief Legal Officer, managing complex transactions, franchisee relations, key strategic initiatives, litigation, intellectual property, and crises.<\/p>\n
Lauren\u0027s tenure at Yum! Brands also included roles as interim Pizza Hut US Chief Financial Officer, President and General Manager of Pizza Hut\u2019s Non-Traditional Business, and Yum! Associate General Counsel, where she focused on robotics, automation, and global partnerships.<\/p>\n
Lauren began her legal career in complex commercial litigation at Vinson & Elkins and served as a clerk for two federal judges: the Honorable David C. Godbey of the Northern District of Texas and the Honorable Jennifer Walker Elrod of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. As CTO, Lauren drives value across the Flynn portfolio by readying for, navigating, and capitalizing on fast-paced change both inside and outside of the organization. Prior to joining Flynn Group, Jeremy spent more than 20 years in leadership roles in the restaurant industry. Most recently, he served as the Executive Vice President for Roy Rogers Restaurants, and prior to that he was part of the international leadership team at Dunkin\u2019 Brands and held operations leadership roles at Starbucks. Jeremy also served in community leadership positions, including being elected to City Council and Board Member for several local community organizations.<\/p>\n","linkedin":"","twitter":""})' href="#">
Jeremy started with Flynn Group in July 2021 as the Vice President of Strategy and Ops Services for Flynn Pizza Hut. While in this role, Jeremy oversaw all strategic planning, FP&A, ops services, training, communications, call centers, loss prevention, and coordination of strategic initiatives between support center functions, field operations, and outside vendor partnerships. In addition to his Strategy and Ops Services role, he had oversight of our Atlantic Division of stores. While in that role, he served as a key liaison between Flynn Pizza Hut and Pizza Hut LLC, ensuring a close working relationship between our company and the Brand. In July 2022, Jeremy was named Brand President of Flynn Pizza Hut and currently oversees the operations of 960+ units across the US.<\/p>\nPrior to joining Flynn Group, Jeremy spent more than 20 years in leadership roles in the restaurant industry. Prior to Flynn Wendy\u0027s, Rasheeda was VP of Operations for Advance Auto Parts. Before that, she worked her way up at Pepsi Co. from Sales District Manager, to Regional Key Account Manager, to GM, to Market Director over the span of 10 years. She was also the Director of the Northern California Diversity & Inclusion Board from 2016 to 2018. <\/p>\n
Rasheeda graduated from Pepperdine University in California with a bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration in 2001. On top of her academic success, she played five years of collegiate basketball and three years in the WNBA. Rasheeda is the President of Flynn Wendy\u0027s and oversees about 200 Wendy\u2019s restaurants. Kelly serves as President for Flynn Panera. He started his restaurant career in 1986 with Steak \u2018n Shake and immediately fell in love with the restaurant business. In July of 1991 he joined St Louis Bread Company (Panera Bread) managing 1 of 6 \u201cBread Co\u2019s\u201d. In 1996, Kelly was promoted to Operations Services Manager and then Area Director with operations in St. Louis, MO and Atlanta, GA. In 2002, Kelly joined the Franchise Operations team as a business consultant before being promoted to Director of Franchise Operations supporting 1,100 cafes in the U.S, and leading 19 cafes in Toronto, Canada. Stan DeMartinis Jr. serves as President and Founder of Flynn Planet Fitness. Stan started in the Fitness industry in 1993, operating his family\u2019s World Gym in East Boston, Massachusetts. In 2007, the World Gym was converted into a Planet Fitness, which started their family\u2019s exposure to the Planet Fitness brand. He now oversees a portfolio of Planet Fitness locations in the Massachusetts and Georgia markets. Stan has extensive experience in the fitness industry, bringing insight and knowledge to the PF system. Stan is a Founding Board Member of the Planet Fitness Independent Franchise Association (PFIFA) and serves on the Board of Directors of the Planet Fitness Independent Franchise Council (PFIFC). Aaron started with Flynn Group in 2014 as Director of Operations for Flynn Applebee\u2019s in the Nevada and New Mexico markets. In 2018 Aaron was promoted to Market President, and in 2019 Aaron became Vice President of Operations for Flynn Applebee\u2019s, having oversight of markets in California, Nevada, New Mexico, Indiana, Georgia and Alabama. Dan serves as President of Operations for Flynn Applebee\u0027s overseeing more than 440 Applebee\u2019s in 26 states. In this role he also directly manages the Market Presidents in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Minnesota and the greater New England markets. Dan joined Flynn Applebee\u0027s in 1998 as Director of Operations for the Washington Market as part of the company\u2019s initial acquisition of Applebee\u2019s restaurants. In the 10 years previous to his tenure with Flynn Applebee\u0027s, Dan worked his way from Applebee\u2019s General Manager in Minnesota to Washington Director of Operations. Dan has been with the Applebee\u2019s brand since 1988. <\/p>\nIn 2010, 2017, 2019 and 2022 Dan was named Applebee\u2019s Operator of the Year. Mark serves as President for Flynn Taco Bell overseeing more than 300 Taco Bells in 9 states. In this role, he is responsible for guiding the Team on their journey to being PREMIER. Mark began his career with Mobil Oil Corporation in multi-unit operations for convenience stores. He later joined forces with The RTM Restaurant Group and was Director of Operations for what was then Arby\u2019s largest franchisee. In 2001, Mark began an 18 year career with Pilot Travel Centers. During his tenure, he was instrumental in scaling the company from 135 units to over 650 centers operating in 42 states and Canada. At Pilot, Mark held a variety of leadership positions including Human Resources and Training and ultimately served as Senior Vice President of Operations for the chain\u2019s Travel Centers, as well as the food within those centers, having responsibility for over 400 QSR restaurants, and over 250 units of a Proprietary food concept called PJ Fresh. He joined Flynn in February 2019 to oversee the continued expansion of Flynn Taco Bell.<\/p>\nMark received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University in Lancaster, PA. Prior to joining Flynn, Billy served as Chief Revenue Officer for US Acute Care Solutions, where he was responsible for all revenue cycle, strategy, and business analytics operations. USACS provides emergency and hospitalist care to 9M+ patients annually at more than 500+ clinician programs across 28 states, and was aligned with capital partner Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe and currently Apollo Global Management. <\/p>\n
Prior to USACS, Billy served as an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, with a focus on corporate strategy, front-line operations, and strategic transformation. <\/p>\n

Billy serves as President, Operations Support & Integration for Flynn, overseeing the Support Center Operations of the company. Partnering with Department Heads and Operations Leadership, Billy\u2019s responsibility is to ensure Flynn is providing its restaurant operators with the support they require to succeed, to realize economies of scale associated with being the largest franchisee in the world, and to diligence and prepare for future growth. <\/p>\nPrior to joining Flynn, Billy served as Chief Revenue Officer for US Acute Care Solutions, where he was responsible for all revenue cycle, strategy, and business analytics operations. Richard has over 30 years experience in the restaurant industry. Prior to joining Flynn, Richard was the Managing Director for KFC Asia Pacific, a business with revenue in excess of US$16Bn and 17,000 restaurants. Other career highlights include roles as the GM for KFC South Pacific (Australia\/NZ) based in Brisbane, the GM for KFC Greater Asia (China, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, Myanmar, India) based in Singapore, and President and GM of Pizza Hut Canada based in Toronto. <\/p>\n
During his career Richard has orchestrated brand turnarounds in Canada and across Asia, along with leading the Australian KFC business through the Covid pandemic. Richard has huge breadth of experience in the QSR Industry, with previous leadership roles in Operations, IT, Business Development and Human Resources. He started his career as a delivery driver for Pizza Hut and moved through in-restaurant management roles and the cross-functional Executive Trainee program.<\/p>\n
